America’s Health Insurance Plans officially welcomed Institute 2008 attendees Thursday with a roster of keynote speakers that are well known on the political scene, including Former Health and Human Services Secretary Tommy Thompson, former Senate Majority Leader William Frist and former Sen. John Breaux from Louisiana.
